Terms and Conditions

1. **Eligibility**: This sweepstakes is open to individuals who are legal residents of the Country they reside, and are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of GimmeTheKeys.io are not eligible to participate.

2. **Entry Method**: Every $1 ($1.00 USD) spent on purchases made through our website, https://gimmethekeys.io/, and every $1 spent on our presale will earn you one entry into the sweepstakes. There is no limit to the number of entries you can earn. 

3. **Prize**: The grand prize of the sweepstakes is a 2020 Toyota Supra GR. The prize is subject to availability and may be substituted with a comparable alternative at the discretion of GimmeTheKeys.io.

4. **Entry Deadline**: The deadline for entry into the sweepstakes is January 1st, 2025. Entries received after this date will be invalid and ineligible for the prize.

5. **Prize Fulfillment**: The prize will be awarded only if a yet-to-be-determined threshold of entries is met, and our token presale is sold out. This threshold is necessary to cover the cost of the car and to fund the next sweepstakes prize. If the threshold is not met, GimmeTheKeys.io reserves the right to cancel the sweepstakes and refund any entry fees received.

6. **Winner Selection**: The winner of the sweepstakes will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. **Notification of Winner**: The winner will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, GimmeTheKeys.io reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. **Taxes and Fees**: The winner is solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or other costs associated with accepting and using the prize.

9. **Publicity**: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow GimmeTheKeys.io to use their name, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without further compensation.

10. **Release of Liability**: By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless GimmeTheKeys.io, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property arising from or in connection with participation in the sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize.

11. **Governing Law**: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Canada and the province of incorporation of GimmeTheKeys.io.

12. **Modification or Termination**: GimmeTheKeys.io reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the sweepstakes at any time without prior notice.

13. **Agreement to Terms**: By participating in the sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
